GRA SHIPPING POLICY
The deadline for posting your order is up to 3 business days after payment approval (it may be sent earlier);

Pay close attention when filling out the delivery address! It is essential that it is registered correctly so that the delivery is carried out successfully. In case of errors in the delivery caused due to incorrect information, a new freight will be calculated, and the buyer must pay for the second shipment;

Deliveries may suffer delays if Correios determines a strike;

GRA EXCHANGE AND RETURN POLICY
This exchange policy is valid from March 2022.
If you are not satisfied with the product or have regretted the purchase, you may request an exchange or return within 7 days from the date of receipt of the order at your address.
Conditions for making an exchange: If you wish to make an exchange, the product must be in perfect condition and without signs of use, that is, in the same conditions that you received it. In addition, it is essential that the item is in its original packaging.

Conditions for return due to regret: If you regret the purchase, you may also return your order within 7 days from the date of receipt of the order at your address.

You will receive a refund within 30 days from the date we receive the returned products. The amount will be refunded using the same payment method you selected when purchasing from our online store. Products with manufacturing defects: According to Brazilian legislation, in the case of items with manufacturing defects, you have the right to request a return within 30 days from the date of receipt of the order at your address.

How to return the products: In accordance with Consumer Rights, the costs of returning products due to the right of regret or items with manufacturing defects will be covered by our store through the reverse logistics process.
You will receive a postage authorization code by email after your request for exchange or return and must post the merchandise at a Correios agency. We do not cover the costs of packaging, so we suggest that you use the same packaging in which you received your purchase (if it is not damaged) or a suitable box that preserves the parts during transport.
